What
we learn with pleasure we never forget. Alfred Mercier
I agree with this saying 100% because when you enjoy the lesson in any subject you will not forget it. For example, the history lesson. Students will memorize it only for the exam to get good marks. On the other hand if you involve the students in an activity they will not only memorize it but they will talk always about it. For example, if the history lessons were to be interested in that the teacher take the students to ancient museums and to other historical places the students will have at one hand and they will learn on the other hand, so teaching will be integrated with fun. Besides to that giving lectures to student the whole year this will lead to routine everyday so a teacher must change his strategy from one time to another. In addition as the teacher involves more students in more activities that are fun as the chance to learn increases. So as the activity is more interesting the more it will be remembered. In these days the students are being bored in the classes due to the large information they taught by the teacher and the less interesting activities. I think in order to increase the students understanding and benefit in school we must add fun activities to the curriculum and not strict them to the curriculum that they gave them.
When we seek knowledge for the sake of knowledge, then we become true learners. Our interaction with what we acquire is the most important factor of our real comprehension of life.
