Aims of Education

Over time, all people believed that the ultimate purpose of education is to teach students lessons from the books. This concept is true, but there are other aims and purposes for education. In fact, there are different types of education, it is not limited to schools or universities, it is also related to our daily life. There are many things that the school don't teach the student and they must be learned from real life, friends, parents, society, etc.... For example, the school don't teach people the problems that may face the in their lives, these things are taught by experiences in the real life. From a parent point of view, the purpose of education is to prepare their children for the future and to face the life in a good way. Others believe that the purpose of education is to make the world a better place to live in, this concept is most fitted to scientists and inventors, that work hard to make the life of  human better and easier. With respect to some students, the aim of education is to take lessons, read them and make exams with needed materials and to get good marks and then when they pass, they forget everything they took, and this is very ineffective thinking in today's life. But there are many students that learn for the sake of learning and to benefit from what they took in schools in their real life, and how to use what they learn to improve their life. This is the way that all the students must realize about what is education and what is the aim of it. In these days, people must learn everything about everything in order to be a successive person in the society.
